The Oro Valley Police Department in Pima County, Arizona reported that a three-vehicle collision occurred along Southbound Oracle from First Avenue to Pusch View Lane before 1 p.m. last Sunday, October 9. The accident injured one individual.

According to OVPD spokeswoman Kara Riley, the accident occurred when one vehicle crashed into another, causing the second vehicle to crash into a third vehicle. Riley said alcohol appears to be a factor as to why the crash happened in the first place, and the driver who caused the accident is now under investigation. Authorities are trying to determine if they are going to charge the driver with driving under the influence.
