Arizona experienced a large amount of motorcycle accidents in recent years. That is why the Arizona Motorcycle Safety and Awareness Foundation, along with the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, organized a training seminar for aspiring and existing motorcycle riders in a bid to avoid more deaths and injuries on the road.

Hundreds of spots are still available for the training, which is only $100. The program was made possible through a program that was given a $250,000 grant by the Arizona Governor’s Office of Highway Safety and the Arizona Motorcycle Safety Advisory Council. For additional training, motorcycle riders who already have a permit but still want to take Basic Course 2 can pay $50 at one of six riding schools in the state.
