A man lost his life when he was hit by a vehicle as he was attempting to cross the road near 35th Avenue and Van Buren Street in Phoenix, Arizona last Tuesday, October 4, according to an article of ABC 15.
Preliminary investigations revealed that the driver of the vehicle that hit the man said sunlight was hitting his rear-view mirror and causing him vision problems around the time of the accident. He added that the heavy traffic in the area around that time did not help matters. The victim’s name was not released publicly by the authorities. The driver of the vehicle stayed in the vicinity after the accident to give his statement to the police and to assist in their investigation.
