Mr. Russo obtained his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with highest distinction, from the University of Arizona in 1975 and graduated, with distinction, from the University of Arizona School of Law in 1978. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Russo practices in the areas of Municipal Finance, Estate Planning, and Probate law. Additionally, Mr. Russo has represented numerous non-profits and corporations in tax matters, as general counsel, in corporate matters, and general business matters.
Mr. Russo is a member of the Arizona Bar Association, the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Pima County Bar Association, and the American Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is involved with such organizations as the U of A Presidents Club, and various other non-profit organizations.
Mr. Russo has received awards from Community Development Block Grant Award for Community Service, The Willie Kane Humanitarian Award, and The Wellness Council of Arizona Advocate of the Year. Mr. Russo also enjoys traveling, and playing golf.
Patrick Broom is an accomplished trial lawyer whose practice focuses on serious personal injury, medical malpractice, commercial, and insurance bad faith litigation.
Mr. Broom has represented clients against numerous negligent defendants including product manufacturers, nursing homes, hospitals and doctors, private security, law enforcement and business lenders. “If you don’t understand what is going on, Call Me.”
Prior to 2002, Mr. Broom worked with the biggest law firm in Arizona where he defended large corporations in tort and commercial litigation. Representing corporations and insurance companies in the past helped him learn how they evaluate and defend cases. As a result, this helps him get the best results for his clients today. Since 2002 he dedicated his practice to representing individuals injured by the negligence of others.
Before attending law school, Mr. Broom was a marketing representative in Illinois, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East for Caterpillar Tractor Company.
